1. Service Agreement

By using Cargozant services, you agree to these terms. We act as a freight forwarding and logistics management agent for goods moving between China and India.

2. Rates and Quotes

The rates displayed on our calculator are estimates based on standard dimensional weight. Final chargeable weight may differ due to packaging volume, specific customs duties, or handling surcharges not captured in simple kg assessments.

3. Customs and Compliance

The customer is responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with all Indian customs regulations. Cargozant is not liable for items seized or delayed due to restricted categories, improper documentation from the supplier, or changes in trade laws.

4. Liability and Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive shipping insurance. Our liability for lost or damaged goods without insurance is strictly limited according to international freight standards.
